We hope you like what you ordered! But in the event that you are not 100% satisfied, we have made the return service more easy.

Easy Return

You have 15 days from the delivery date to request a return and/or exchange.

1.Kuwait Customers: Door-to-door delivery, pick-up, and self-delivery are available.

2. Customers of other countries: Currently only self-delivery is available, you can contact azmora customer service for assistance, then choose the shipping company and send the products at your own expense.


Terms of return and exchange

If you receive damaged/defective/wrong products, please contact AZMORA Customer Service for assistance as soon as possible.

1. Modify one piece with another one only.

2. Items returned must be unused and with original package. We do not accept returns for used, damaged or washed items.

3. The following products cannot be returned or exchanged: bodysuits, sexy lingerie, swimwear, party and event supplies, pet supplies, do-it-yourself supplies, jewelry, beauty products and accessories (excluding scarves, bags and mermaid wraps).

4.Products with “non-returnable”, “surprise sale” and “promotional product” tags as well as free gifts, cannot be returned or exchanged.

Your order will be processed within 14 business days or more once we receive your return package. The amount will be refunded to the original payment account.


note:

1.Refund is for return products only, other fees such as insurance, shipping fee and COD service fee are not refundable.

2. Please note that the entire return process may take up to 6 weeks or depending on bank processing
